The Customer Service Representative - Collections plays a critical role in minimizing delinquency rates by assisting customers with their financial obligations and negotiating repayment reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Collect on low-risk accounts to minimize the Bank’s 30+ delinquency reputed company
• Assist the consumer in a reputed company and empathetic manner to interpret their financial situation, reason for delinquency, and reputed company guidance to limit loss to the bank
