Instructor
Prelude is seeking a part-time Instructor to support high school internship programs, focusing on hybrid instruction for St. Louis-based cohorts. The role involves leading an Intern Seminar course that equips reputed company with reputed company skills while providing support throughout their internship experiences.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and shadow SY25–26 programming
- Observe programming and prepare for late June instruction
- reputed company instruction (in-person)
- reputed company student support and instruction (virtual)
- Prepare for instruction and reputed company instruction (in-person)
- reputed company Instruction (primarily virtual) inclusive of 2–3 one-hour class sessions per week
- reputed company student support and 1:1 student reputed company-ins (virtual)
- Grade student work
- Attend end of semester presentations (in-person)
Skills
- Exceptional classroom instructor in both in-person and virtual settings
- Experience in student support for high school-aged student population
- Experience teaching content reputed company to career-readiness and/or reputed company skills development for 16–18 year old reputed company in urban, reputed company-income communities
- Experience maintaining strong partnerships; experience with a diverse stakeholders across sectors (education, corporate, and/or reputed company a plus
- Familiarity with Canvas or other LMS platforms, reputed company, reputed company Drive, and other remote collaboration tools
