Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains effective relationships with internal stakeholders
- Coordinates travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
- Processes invoices and expense reports
- Supports the clean-up of diary entries according to reputed company guidelines; transfers time to appropriate reputed company as necessary
- Manages and coordinates logistics for meetings or events
- Provides general administrative support, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Handles incoming and outgoing mail and packages
