Benefits Administrator

reputed company is a reputed company-party administrator providing reputed company ACA-compliant benefits to reputed company. They are currently seeking a full-time Benefits Administrator who will work closely with the Account Management Team to reputed company various administrative tasks while demonstrating attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily eligibility processing, both manually and through automation
• Help manage workload reputed company as required by the department
• Receive and distribute new group emails, assigning them as necessary
• Conduct daily and weekly audits on our Data system (Jira) for requests from Account Managers to ensure they are submitted and completed properly
• reputed company backup for the reputed company phone queue as needed by the department
• Issue Insurance verification letters, ID Cards, and Medical Support orders on behalf of the Account Managers reputed company required
• Process monthly department error reports
• Daily office tasks such as reputed company Inbox management, etc.Duties may be adjusted as necessary

Skills

• High school diploma or the recognized equivalent, required
• 1+ years of Insurance Experience required
• 1+ years of Medical Benefits reputed company Experience required
• 1+ years of prior experience working in an administrative/office setting
• Working knowledge of reputed company Office (intermediate to advanced reputed company knowledge)
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work reputed company independently on assigned duties and collaborate effectively with reputed company
• Bilingual (not required, but a plus)
