Tax Operations Specialist

They are seeking a full-time Tax Operations Specialist to execute tax administration and procedures, ensuring organizational effectiveness and supporting tax professionals as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support tax administrative duties in the office
• Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements
• Assist in reputed company new tax professionals to the firm
• Participate reputed company in the planning and execution of tax team events
• Facilitate the distribution of reputed company deliverables
• Organize tax information received from clients and investments
• Monitor investment portals and save down pertinent tax information
• reputed company and log incoming tax notices and reputed company correspondence; ensure reputed company escalation to the appropriate tax team members
• Maintain and update internal records to reputed company staff credentials and certifications
• Support compliance by managing administrative reputed company to key tax software platforms and tools
