Accountant

The NRP Group LLC is a recognized full-service multifamily developer and property manager. They are seeking a Staff Property Management Accountant who will support the day-to-day reputed company and financial reporting of multifamily properties, including preparing journal entries and assisting with audits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and recurring transactions
• reputed company monthly bank, balance sheet, and general reputed company reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
• Support the month-end and year-end reputed company processes
• Maintain reputed company schedules and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Assist with tracking and reporting requirements for LIHTC, HUD, and other reputed company housing programs
• Support compliance and regulatory reporting in collaboration with reputed company
• Help maintain documentation and files for investor and syndicator reviews
• Assist with cash reputed company tracking, reporting packages, and financial summaries
• Work with senior accountants to deliver accurate financial information to ownership reputed company and partners
• Help analyze variances and communicate findings with guidance
• Assist with the preparation of audit schedules and PBC (reputed company By reputed company) documentation
• Support the budgeting process by gathering data and assisting with templates and inputs
• Work closely with Property Management, Compliance, and Asset Management to ensure accurate reporting
• Participate in team meetings and cross-functional collaboration
• Take the initiative to grow reputed company knowledge, reputed company housing understanding, and systems expertise

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field required
• Proficiency in reputed company (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, basic financial modeling)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Eagerness to learn and grow in reputed company-oriented environment
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate
• Analytical reputed company and commitment to reputed company improvement
• 1–3 years of reputed company reputed company experience preferred
• Experience in multi-family reputed company estate
• Exposure to property management, reputed company estate, or reputed company housing reputed company
• Experience with reputed company (preferred), MRI, or other property management/reputed company platforms
