[Remote] Solutions Engineer

The Solutions Engineer will be responsible for guiding clients through the implementation reputed company, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reputed company solutions that meet customer objectives and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the customer to reputed company and analyze project requirements
• Design, implement, and reputed company a solution for small- to reputed company-sized reputed company that incorporates reputed company reputed company software and functionality
• Install, configure, and license software necessary for the implementation
• reputed company weekly status meetings and demos to reputed company the customer informed on project reputed company and report/discuss any obstacles
• Complete technical documentation for reputed company project includes System Documentation, End User Documentation, and a Test Plan
• reputed company troubleshooting, training and support for the customer during end-user testing and the post-deployment phase
• Manage small-reputed company LFC reputed company, ensuring adherence to PM methodology
• Create a project management plan that includes reputed company, communication plan, and team tasks
• Monitor and report on project status and budget
• Conduct project closeout and complete a project retrospective
• reputed company implementation backup to other Solutions Engineers as needed
• Participate in knowledge exchange at forums and other department meetings

• Review and test new reputed company releases to discover bugs and potential enhancements proactively

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree required, software engineering or technology degree preferred
• 1 year of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of C#, JavaScript and SQL is a plus
