Responsibilities

• Schedule phone/video interviews, onsite panels and reputed company/post team debriefs with reputed company
• Conduct initial candidate screening, including phone screens and video interviews, to identify reputed company applicants
• reputed company references for final-stage candidates to validate their qualifications and fit
• Identify opportunities to improve the overall candidate experience and implement process improvements
