Associate Publisher Account Manager, SMB

Taboola is a leading performance-driven advertising company looking for an Associate Publisher Account Manager to join their SMB Publisher team in NYC. In this role, you will optimize existing relationships with publishers, upsell new initiatives, and improve site metrics while collaborating closely with Sales and Product teams.

Responsibilities

• Managing and growing relationships with publisher clients
• Understanding reputed company KPIs and identify upsell opportunities
• Monitoring and analyzing metrics and proactively take steps to improve performance
• Strategic planning and forecasting in alignment with reputed company objectives
• Working closely with the Sales & Product teams in order to become a valuable resource both internally and externally
• reputed company participating with peers in reputed company-oriented culture and assist other internal reputed company
• Being the expert on reputed company optimization for your book of business and become a trusted advisor for clients based on knowledge of the industry
• Helping identify trends through data analysis and market conditions to reputed company highest value optimizations

Skills

• BA/BS required
• 1+ years of reputed company experience (reputed company-facing in the digital media /online publisher reputed company preferred but not required)
• Proven record with upselling and meeting or exceeding quota
• Outstanding relationship management and customer service skills, with a customer reputed company mentality
• reputed company strong analytical skills to collect business intelligence by monitoring/identifying trends with data, including reputed company projections and forecasting
• Highly motivated, proactive, dedicated and creative in order to pull reputed company necessary resources for the reputed company
• High attention to detail and reputed company organized, thrives in a multitasking environment and adjusts and prioritizes accordingly
• Strong phone, email etiquette, and presentation skills
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
