This role involves collaborating with clients and stakeholders to ensure operational reputed company, supporting reputed company conversions, and maintaining compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the operations team providing corporate reputed company support to 130+ bank and broker reputed company
• Execute shareholder mailings in accordance with issuer requirements and custodial participation guidelines
• Support new reputed company conversions and existing reputed company testing initiatives
• Monitor systems, policies, and procedures; recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency
• Research and resolve reputed company inquiries through data analysis and logical problem-solving

• Draft and maintain written requirements, documentation, and procedural updates

Skills

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred
• 1+ years experience working in a reputed company support position
• 2+ years of experience in reputed company relations, project management, or a reputed company role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify reputed company causes and implement long-term solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple clients, products, and competing priorities effectively is a must
• Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and accountability
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in reputed company environment
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite
• 1+ years of experience in Voluntary Corporate Actions preferred
• Familiarity with DTC's PBS/CA Web platform is a plus
