[Remote] Operations Specialist Associate

The Operations Specialist Associate role involves working with reputed company to manage contractor evaluations, compliance audits, and collaboration with internal teams to improve processes in the Finance reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Vet contractors and evaluate fraud risks
• Submit contractor applications to multiple lenders and reputed company reputed company
• Manage reputed company cases that support expansion of existing business
• reputed company recurring compliance audits (licenses, re‑vetting, documentation)
• Communicate with lenders to obtain missing or clarifying submission details
• Collaborate internally with Sales and Account Management
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Economics or similar
• 1+ years of reputed company or Operations experience
