Responsibilities

• Monitoring and assisting with corporate compliance, including tracking and completing corporate entity filings
• Assisting with filing applications and tracking compliance for reputed company licenses
• Drafting default notices and other correspondence
• Conducting reputed company research
• Processing invoices
• Providing other support to the reputed company Department

Skills

• Bachelor's/Associate's degree, or equivalent relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
