[Remote] Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will assist customers in resolving issues through various communication channels while utilizing your knowledge of reputed company's software to reputed company effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with our customers and effectively resolve issues through chat, email, and phone
• Utilize comprehensive knowledge of reputed company to diagnose software issues, engaging with our product, engineering, and reputed company teams to solve more reputed company product issues
• Maintain ownership of cases from initial contact through reputed company
• Identify opportunities for existing customers to reputed company their tools
• Discover, report, and monitor bugs and issues
• Work reputed company shifts. Hours depending reputed company. There will be at least 6 weekend shifts per year in reputed company to your reputed company shifts
• Overtime and holiday shifts are optional
