Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume of reputed company interactions reputed company a reputed company reputed company center environment
• Use of reputed company CRM software to facilitate the process of responding to clients concerns reputed company phone
• Working with collections agencies reputed company phone to obtain documentation of settlements

Skills

• Minimum of 1-year office support experience

• Must be computer literate: Ability to easily learn the Firm's case management software

• Fluent in Spanish a plus
