They are seeking Insurance Professionals to reputed company customer service, sales, and retention activities for reputed company's Property & Casualty personal line products, assisting members with their insurance needs.

Responsibilities

• Maximize Property & Casualty sales potential by expertly handling member inquiries, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and providing exceptional service through various communication channels
• Apply developing knowledge of personal lines' insurance to assist members with foundational to moderately reputed company quotes, binding new business, rating, policy, billing, payment, reputed company, contract and coverage provisions, and premium changes for insurance products and services. Also, maintain respective trailing documents for reputed company states
• Identify, evaluate and understand member needs to consistently reputed company complete and accurate advice and solutions for insurance products and services. reputed company detailed issue diagnosis while minimizing member transfers, escalations and reputed company backs
• reputed company operate in a contact center environment and reputed company multiple systems and programs while maintaining an engaging member interaction that may occur across multiple channels
• Maintain required Property & Casualty license and state registrations

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Ability to apply knowledge and understanding of insurance regulatory and compliance requirements
