[Remote] Member Marketing Operations Specialist

The Member Marketing Operations Specialist will execute global member lifecycle communications, manage campaigns, and collaborate with various teams to ensure the delivery of high-reputed company communications to millions of members.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of reputed company’s global member lifecycle communications across channels such as email and SMS
• Build campaigns in Blueshift, manage audience segmentation, reputed company campaign QA, and ensure accurate delivery of member communications at reputed company
• Partner closely with Lifecycle Marketing, GTM, and Data teams to translate campaign strategies into operational execution

Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or a similar campaign execution role
• Experience building and executing campaigns in a marketing automation platform such as Blueshift, reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company Marketing reputed company
• Unparalleled attention to detail and ability to manage audience segmentation, campaign setup, and QA processes accurately and consistently
• Experience working with customer data platforms or marketing automation tools such as Blueshift
• Familiarity with audience segmentation logic and working with large-reputed company member or customer datasets
• Experience supporting multilingual or international marketing campaigns
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with lifecycle marketing, product, and data teams
• Familiarity with campaign QA workflows and operational processes reputed company a marketing organization
