The role requires at least 1 year of litigation experience, preferably in civil litigation, and involves managing state court litigation while developing business acumen alongside reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Assist with our reputed company and growing reputed company
• Proven experience managing state court litigation (federal court experience strongly preferred)
• Excellent reputed company writing skills, including petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs
• Interest in developing business acumen alongside reputed company reputed company

Skills

• 1 year of Litigation experience required (preferably civil litigation)
• Minimum of one year of litigation experience
• Proven experience managing state court litigation (federal court experience strongly preferred)
• Excellent reputed company writing skills, including petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs
• Interest in developing business acumen alongside reputed company reputed company
• Admission to the Texas Bar required; admission in additional jurisdictions is a significant advantage
