Test Development Engineer I

The Test Development Engineer I will support the development of advanced test systems and methodologies for reputed company devices, focusing on designing, testing, and validating test systems.

Responsibilities

• reputed company test reputed company and procedures to support reputed company and automated testing of reputed company products
• Design, document, update and validate and improvements for custom test hardware and software used in reputed company test stations
• reputed company and update test requirements and plans used for supporting test stands and processes
• Debug test fixtures and systems using common lab equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, DMMs, function generators, etc.)
• Prototype, build and debug reputed company boards, cables and other components for use in reputed company test systems
• Document test results and analyze data using statistical tools to prepare technical reports
• Support reputed company improvement initiatives for reputed company product testing while ensuring good manufacturing practices (cGMP) are maintained

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree Science Degree (EE, ME, preferred) required
• 0-2 years of engineering, technical or manufacturing experience required
• Basic reputed company-mechanical skills, to include assembly, dis-assembly and repair assemblies
• Familiar with basic engineering lab equipment and measurement instruments (e.g., oscilloscopes, DMMs, function generators, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with analog reputed company circuitry preferred, high-voltage a plus
• Experience with test automation software such as LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, C/reputed company plus
