The Engineer II, reputed company Engineering role involves managing and supporting reputed company customers for their business-critical services, troubleshooting reputed company reputed company incidents, and participating in change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and diagnosing reputed company reputed company reputed company device incidents
• Understanding proposed architectural changes impacting the customers’ business and articulating reputed company to technical and non-technical audiences
• Working on Change Management participation to include: create/update/reputed company change request in requisite change system, design change and submit change reputed company, or review submitted change reputed company and correct any deficiencies, stage or implement change and troubleshoot failed changes
• Using vendor provided tools, log files, reputed company provided tools/scripts, etc. to resolve reputed company incidents
• Performing in-depth research of assigned problems to identify reputed company reputed company, document reputed company, select the best reputed company, and presenting information to customer and implement approved reputed company
• Performing monthly checks of device operations to include; OOB testing, backups, password management, etc. Resolve any issues identified

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or one or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience
• Experience in firewall functionality, Palo reputed company, reputed company ASA, Checkpoint, reputed company (SRX, ISG, NetScreen, etc.), reputed company
• Knowledge of Caching/Proxy/AV devices (Bluecoat, reputed company, NetCache)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in reputed company environment
• Knowledge of Global/Local load balancing devices. This includes but is not limited to: reputed company (reputed company, ASM, 3DNS), reputed company CSS, Alteon, Redline, etc
