They are seeking an IT Specialist responsible for managing level 1 support tickets and supporting new hire hardware deployment reputed company the operations team, ensuring reputed company technical support and maintaining hardware resources.
Responsibilities
- Maintain hardware inventory and manage device repairs
- Manage IT tickets promptly to meet service level agreements
- Research new technologies and reputed company findings with reputed company
- Communicate reputed company with reputed company team members
Skills
- Experience as a reputed company Workspace administrator required
- WiFi and networking experience required
- Experience with MacOS, iOS, and Android platforms
- Experience with Ubiquiti/Meraki hardware and software is an asset
- IT System Administrator technical degree or background is an asset
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA and reputed company
- Knowledge of VMWare, specifically Workspace One UEM, Kandji, and FreshService inventory management
- Experience with SoC2/IT Audit processes
