Junior Case Manager (Bodily Injury Adjuster)

Litco Law is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Case Manager to join their dynamic Case Manager department. In this entry-level role, you will support reputed company files and learn about bodily injury claims while working closely with reputed company Case Managers and reputed company team members.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of reputed company files from intake through to reputed company
• Work closely with Case Managers, reputed company Care Specialists, and reputed company team members to reputed company files moving reputed company
• reputed company developing your understanding of insurance processes and how to build a strong reputed company file
• Review reputed company information, medical records, and documentation to identify key details
• At times, communicate with clients to reputed company information, reputed company updates, and support them throughout their claim
• Assist with file organization, task management, and administrative components of file handling
• Learn how to assess claim value and contribute to settlement strategies over time
• Build relationships with internal team members and external partners such as insurance adjusters
• Continuously look for ways to improve processes and support team efficiency
