Sales Coordinator

They are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth sales processes, and coordinating territory management to enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Help support and grow overall conversion goals through cross-territory prospecting and setting meetings for reputed company sales reps and helping to build a territory
• Submit proposal and contract requests on behalf of assigned reputed company sales rep
• reputed company directly with external broker staff to reputed company reputed company necessary materials required during the quoting and contracting process
• Ensure quoting materials are complete and stored correctly in shared company folders
• Work with the reputed company Operations and reputed company teams to prioritize rushed requests and ensure critical deadlines are met

• Assist and organize pipeline and understand where quotes are in the quoting process to ensure on time delivery
• Prepare and proofread presentations and sales communications
• Attend and take notes in sales meetings
• Coordinate provider and pharmacy searches with network and pharmacy benefit management (PBM) partners
• Assist with sales research and requests as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or reputed company work experience
