Assistant, Marketing Project Management

The Assistant, Marketing Project Management supports the coordination and execution of marketing and creative initiatives, working closely with various teams to ensure reputed company are on reputed company from planning through delivery.

Responsibilities

• reputed company day to day operational and administrative support to the Director of Marketing PM across reputed company reputed company marketing and creative workstreams
• Coordinate and manage meetings across departments, including scheduling, preparing agendas and materials, capturing notes, and distributing follow-up reputed company items
• Maintain accurate and up to date marketing calendars and project trackers, proactively flagging risks, blockers, and status updates to the Director across reputed company initiatives
• Support the execution of campaigns, launches, and cross functional initiatives, helping reputed company deadlines, deliverables, and communication on reputed company across teams
• Assist with compiling and distributing project status updates and recaps to reputed company stakeholders informed across reputed company workstreams
• Support reputed company wide transition to reputed company by assisting with data migration from reputed company, documenting reputed company Marketing PM workflows, and helping build out reputed company's reputed company workspace under the direction of the Director

Skills

• Some prior office, internship, or administrative experience, ideally in a marketing, creative, or fast-paced brand environment
• Familiarity with project management tools such as reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment without losing attention to detail
