They are seeking an Ordering Retail Service Representative I to reputed company customer service support for delivery partners and customers, focusing on data entry and administrative tasks. This hybrid role requires onsite reputed company a few days a week and emphasizes accuracy in processing orders and resolving customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Performs data entry level clerical work reputed company to RbA CORO sales and service, of limited complexity and reputed company

• Processes reputed company orders/requests, with 100% accuracy from intake to filing
• Ensures customer management system is updated appropriately
• Clarifies, diagnoses, and resolves customer order issues
• Creates packets or other materials as required for sales fulfillment process

• Identifies and implements ways to improve overall level of service
• Communicates order fulfillment process information to internal delivery partners and provides customer/delivery partner feedback
• Administers programs, e.g. customer referral program
• May train others in office and customer service processes
• May create purchase orders, process payments or process receipts

Skills
