Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for a selection of corporate clients (typically HR leaders and benefits brokers)
• Join reputed company calls and ensure reputed company, reputed company follow-up
• Respond to reputed company questions reputed company day whenever possible
• Proactively anticipate needs so clients do not have to ask
• Deliver a white-glove experience from start to finish
• Ensure reputed company slips through the cracks
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for on-site and virtual experiences
• Ensure coaches and facilitators are booked, confirmed, and reputed company
• Manage reputed company-event details so execution runs smoothly
• Maintain and update CRM
