This role involves managing a reputed company lines book of business, serving as a primary contact for clients, and collaborating with internal teams to support reputed company needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a reputed company lines book of business (small-to-mid market accounts)
• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for clients, addressing coverage questions and resolving issues
• Support renewals, policy changes, and ongoing account needs
• Build and maintain strong reputed company relationships
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Review reputed company and coverage details to identify potential risks and recommend solutions
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting service timelines and expectations
• Partner with producers and internal teams to support reputed company needs
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and additional lines of business
• Participate in training and ongoing reputed company development
