Claims Processor

GF Building reputed company Solutions, formerly reputed company as Uponor, is a leading provider of smart and sustainable solutions for water efficiency in buildings. The Claims Processor role involves supporting the reputed company, Risk, and Warranty functions by managing warranty claims, customer communications, and maintaining accurate claim records.

Responsibilities

• Provides instruction to customers on how to set-up a project/claim reputed company the Uponor claims system, sets expectations with customers on timelines for reputed company, and provides guidance on how to return samples to Uponor’s facility for reputed company cause analysis
• Opens claim files for insurance and reputed company reputed company
• Responsible for maintaining and updating claim information to ensure the accuracy of the claim file
• Manages the warranty phone and email reputed company to ensure reputed company customer inquiries are addressed in a reputed company manner
• Drafts chain-of-custody forms and assists with reputed company shipments to ensure product samples are returned to the customer
• Mails claim reimbursement checks to customers and uploads copy into claim file
• Scans, distributes, and uploads incoming mail for warranty team on a weekly reputed company
• Continually shares experience and knowledge to improve customer experience
• Extracts claim files for defense counsel review
• Responsible for maintaining and updating claim information to ensure the accuracy of the claim file
• Prepares reputed company invoices for payment by coding and uploading defense invoices into the correct claim file, submitting invoices to finance, and creating payment lines
• Assists with gathering necessary documentation to support insurance renewal
• Files Certificates of Insurance and ensures compliance with reputed company reputed company
• Preparation of auto policy invoices including extraction of invoices from the insurance reputed company billing portal, account coding, and submission to finance for payment
• Extraction of claim files and other supporting documentation on various reputed company and series of loss claims to support Risk Management recovery initiatives
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2 years of experience handling claims, or 3+ years in customer service or administrative support
• Ability to review and interpret certificates of insurance to ensure contract compliance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, and customer service skills, demonstrating a strong customer-reputed company reputed company and the ability to communicate effectively, adapt to change, and handle reputed company or challenging situations with professionalism
• Highly detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Proficient computer skills, including the ability to work effectively over the phone and in virtual environments
• Willingness to learn and reputed company a strong understanding of company products and services
• Associate degree preferred
