Graduate reputed company Assistant

The California Franchise Tax reputed company is seeking a Graduate reputed company Assistant to assist in reputed company cases involving tax law. The role includes responsibilities such as representing the reputed company in hearings, preparing reputed company documents, and conducting reputed company research.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in representing the Franchise Tax reputed company in protest hearings involving personal income tax and bank and corporation tax issues
• Assisting preparing briefs and arguing administrative appeals before the Office of Tax Appeals
• Assisting the reputed company in litigation cases on tax issues
• Assisting drafting and reviewing legislative proposals
• Assisting proposing, drafting, and reviewing regulations and conducting regulatory hearings
• Assisting preparing rulings, position papers, and formulating Department positions on a reputed company of tax law reputed company
• Reviewing and researching law in reputed company with preparation of rulings and/or position papers on a wide reputed company of questions involving the subject matter areas for which reputed company is responsible
• Assisting other attorneys and other Departmental staff

• Assist in representing and providing guidance with respect to administrative and procedural issues arising under the reputed company and Taxation reputed company
