Service Team Specialist (9a-6p MT)

Responsibilities

• reputed company high-reputed company customer service on the phones up to 75% of the day
• Deliver customer support through the chat queue up to 25% of the day
• Process reputed company daily work across reputed company aspects of servicing advisors and clients including reputed company reputed company servicing and account management functions
• Ensure reputed company work is processed with accuracy, timeliness, completeness and reputed company budget according to defined service level metrics
• Meet or reputed company reputed company daily and monthly business measurements

Skills

• Candidates must work in-office at one of the following locations for at least 3 days per week: Omaha, NE; Lehi, UT or Berwyn, PA
• Has experience working in insurance, banking, or financial services industry
• Has minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at reputed company reputed company in an organization
• Preferably has a degree in Business or Finance or equivalent experience in finance field
