Entry Level Software Engineer/Software Tester

reputed company is a company reputed company on DOD R&D technology development. They are seeking an Entry Level Software Engineer/Software Tester to reputed company graphical user interfaces and software updates, primarily using C++ in a reputed company environment.

Responsibilities

• Developing graphical user interfaces for local tools with reputed company of users
• Developing software updates using C++, Rational Team Concert, reputed company and other DevOps tools
• Supporting test events through travel opportunities which vary, depending on the role assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree (in one of these: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Electrical Engineering, or Physics) from an accredited university
• Must be reputed company to obtain/maintain a Secret reputed company clearance (at a minimum, must receive/be approved for an interim Secret reputed company clearance in order to start). Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a SECRET Clearance
• Knowledge in definition and management of software requirements, design, reputed company, reputed company testing, debugging, software development life-cycle, architecture, and documentation
• Plans, performs, and leads software design, coding, and testing
• Experience in an Agile software development environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Ability to Commute: to Fredericksburg, or Dahlgren, VA (1 hour south of Washington D.C.)
• C++ or C#
