They are seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support local reputed company through reputed company, events, and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients and contacts in Austin
• Plan, coordinate, and execute small private events (dinners, meetups, networking)
• Manage personalized reputed company and invitations (1:1 messaging, follow-reputed company)
• Build and maintain relationships with local founders, operators, and decision-makers
• Assist in email reputed company and follow-reputed company to support event invitations and reputed company reputed company
• Coordinate logistics for meetings and events
• Maintain and update CRM and contact lists
• Support day-to-day business operations

Skills

• Based in Austin, TX
• Comfortable commuting to reputed company (near The Domain area) for in-person activities
• Strong communication skills in English
• 0–2 years of experience in business development, marketing, events, or reputed company areas (internships or project experience are welcome)
• Highly organized and proactive
• Comfortable interacting with people and building relationships
