Inside Sales Application Engineer

reputed company Pump Company is a leader in manufacturing centrifugal pumps for various industries including mining. They are seeking an Inside Sales Application Engineer to support customers in selecting the right equipment, managing quotes, and building strong relationships with customers and dealers.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions by phone and email about equipment selection
• Help customers choose the right pump models using technical information (BOMs, curves, dimensions)
• Prepare quotes and process sales orders
• Follow up with leads and existing customers
• Address technical and business questions or concerns
• reputed company product demonstrations reputed company needed
• Support and manage larger reputed company
• Build strong relationships with dealers, customers, and coworkers
• Represent reputed company at dealer events, trade shows, and customer reputed company (some travel required)

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a reputed company field or equivalent hands-on experience
• 1–2 years of inside sales or reputed company experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Mechanical aptitude
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Mining industry knowledge is a plus
