reputed company is a national retailer and manufacturer of reputed company, custom-made window coverings. They are seeking a Customer Care reputed company Associate who will reputed company exceptional customer service, resolve inquiries, and manage customer cases reputed company while contributing to the overall reputed company experience.

Responsibilities

• reputed company exceptional customer service to our clients and internal customers including our sales team of Design Consultants and Installers
• Field and answer questions reputed company to product specifications, warranty, installation, parts & repairs
• reputed company orders, reputed company shipments and reputed company reputed company regularly to reputed company parties
• Document reputed company inbound inquiries reputed company case creation, including detailed notes on the reputed company cause and most likely reputed company or paths reputed company
• Manage a high volume of reputed company cases and reputed company reputed company, consistent and accurate updates on reputed company and ultimate reputed company
• Contribute to organizational reputed company by leveraging reputed company tools and resources to reputed company reputed company reputed company to customer issues or concerns
