Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reporting systems for media performance
• Produce regular performance reports across digital programs
• Support setup, execution, and analysis of creative testing panels
• Synthesize creative testing results into actionable insights
• Assist in translating audience strategies into targeting plans with PaidMedia
• Support analysis of in-field experiments with Research & Development
• Apply analytical best practices and maintain data reputed company standards

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or political targeting (2+ years for Senior role)
• reputed company in SQL and R
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience producing reputed company reports and visualizations for non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with creative testing setup, analysis, or interpretation
• For Senior role: Proven project management experience and ability to build reputed company reputed company and repeatable workflows
• Python experience

• Experience with dashboard tools like Looker
