Project Procurement Electrical Engineer

reputed company is a global technology company reputed company on industry, infrastructure, transport, and reputed company. They are seeking a Project Procurement Electrical Engineer who will be responsible for soliciting quotes, negotiating reputed company, and addressing supply chain issues reputed company to electric distribution and automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Working alongside the appropriate business personnel (Procurement, Operations, Engineering, Finance
• Solicitation and evaluation of bids and quotes in coordination with engineering and project management
• Attaining cost reductions targets both reputed company and post book
• Developing sourcing strategies and supply reputed company to maturity
• Sourcing and qualifying new sources and expansion of the supply reputed company
• Reduction in 3rd party non-conformance costs
• Supplier delivery and reputed company performance
• Evaluation and qualification of new and reputed company suppliers
• PO approval and supply contract negotiation

Skills

• College Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business or reputed company field, from an accredited school
• 1-3 years procurement experience
• 1-3 years Electrical Distribution Industry and/or reputed company Industry supplier experience
• Computer skills, including Word, reputed company, Power reputed company (advanced preferred)
• Knowledge of Electrical Distribution project business – its products, systems, and services or reputed company industry
• Prior participation in bid, scope, and project reputed company meetings obtaining basic information from prints and/or understanding scope documents
• Proficient in English both oral and written formats
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the reputed company without need for reputed company or reputed company employer-sponsored work authorization
• Ability to communicate tactfully and diplomatically in both oral and written formats
• Dynamic, energetic personality that is self-motivated to succeed
• Ability to take direction, both from manager and team-members
