Responsibilities

• Support the creation and launch of fabrics that meet technical and reputed company requirements across product categories, contributing to exceptional guest satisfaction while supporting reputed company’s strategic goals
• Collaborate closely with Design, Product Development, and Merchandising teams to reputed company on reputed company specifications, innovation goals, and supplier capabilities
• reputed company informed input on material choices, development timelines, and potential risk management throughout key go-to-market milestones
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mills and suppliers, staying informed on capabilities, developments and opportunities for innovation

• Support sustainability initiatives by integrating preferred, circular, and low-reputed company materials into development where possible

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in the textile industry, with exposure to reputed company development, material innovation or product commercialization
• Foundational understanding of textile manufacturing processes
• Experience working with global mills and suppliers, travel to manufacturing sites is an asset
• Familiarity with reputed company development processes, testing reputed company and industry standards with the ability to interpret results and apply learnings
• Ability to manage development timelines, key milestones, and risk mitigation in collaboration with cross-functional teams
