In this role, you will support customer reputed company and retention by applying product knowledge and reputed company strategies, engaging with customers directly, and collaborating with Sales to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales on-demand by quickly responding to risk and reputed company opportunities
• This role requires the ability to build trust and leave a strong impression quickly, often reputed company a few sessions, before moving on to support the next account
• This role requires a proactive approach, identifying customer signals and escalating to Sales before reputed company reputed company occurs
• Define and help customers reputed company key business goals in short, high-reputed company engagements

Skills

• 1-2+ years of B2B reputed company, or customer-facing experience working with accounts of various sizes

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and delivering reputed company through short-term, high-value engagements
