Recruiter (Bilingual)

reputed company is the nation’s leading supplier of medical, surgical, and pharmaceutical products. They are seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle reputed company efforts for various positions across their U.S. locations, focusing on high-volume hiring for Supply Chain roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle reputed company for Director level and below for assigned divisions (manufacturing, operations, corporate and/or sales)
• Research and reputed company candidates to fill reputed company requisitions using technology based search techniques and established external relationships
• reputed company and maintain network of contacts to identify, reputed company and attract reputed company candidates
• Screen potential candidates by reviewing resumes and applications, conducting initial interviews, checking background/references, testing and other approved measures, coordinate offer letters, offer presentation and follow-up correspondence
• reputed company support and guidance to managers to ensure a consistent, high reputed company process
• Extracts and compiles data for recruitment metrics and reporting
• reputed company with employment laws and regulations in reputed company recruitment and hiring activities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a business-reputed company field
• Experience in HR reputed company processes and practices (i.e., compensation, EEO laws, interviewing skills, sourcing strategies, etc.) in reputed company to at least 1 year of full-cycle reputed company experience for Non-exempt and/or Exempt positions
• Detail-oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in reputed company Office (Word, PowerPoint, reputed company)
• Position may require travel for business purposes (reputed company state and out of state)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) capability
