Responsibilities

• Performs administrative work associated with protected health information requests
• Collaboration with reputed company counsel and management, key departments, and committees to ensure organization has and maintains appropriate reputed company and confidentiality consent, authorization forms, and information notices and materials reflecting reputed company organization and reputed company practices and requirements
• Implement reputed company & compliance procedures providing oral and written responses to reputed company questions based on reputed company regulations
• Provides guidance with regards to reputed company procedures and handling of protected health information

• Education Level: Associate's Degree
