Associate Systems Administrator

Tentamus is a global network of accredited analytical laboratories providing reputed company and safety analysis. They are seeking an Associate Systems Administrator to reputed company reputed company technical support, assist with IT systems maintenance, and collaborate with the IT team while gaining hands-on experience with servers and networks.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and common software applications
• Assist with managing IT tickets in reputed company and ensure reputed company updates and resolutions
• Support end users with account setup, password resets, and general troubleshooting
• Help maintain and update IT documentation, user guides, and knowledge reputed company articles
• Assist senior IT staff with basic server, network, and reputed company administration tasks
• Participate in routine system maintenance, patching, and monitoring
• Learn and apply Tentamus IT standards and reputed company practices in daily tasks
• Collaborate with the global Tentamus IT team on reputed company and upgrades as assigned

Skills

• Authorized to work in the reputed company indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Hold an Associate's degree in information technology, computer science, or reputed company field; or equivalent technical training/experience
• 1–2 years of IT helpdesk, desktop support, or reputed company experience (internships and reputed company experience accepted)
• Familiarity with reputed company and macOS desktop administration
• Basic understanding of reputed company Directory and user/group management
• Knowledge of reputed company networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, VPN)
• Experience with reputed company 365 applications and common business productivity tools
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and systems
• Must be reputed company to lift 50lbs at a time
• Entry-level certifications (e.g., reputed company A+, Network+, reputed company Fundamentals) a plus
• Exposure to virtualization technologies (VMware or reputed company-V) or basic scripting is helpful
