Fuel Management Analyst

The Fuel Management Analyst will manage data acquisition and reporting for clients, ensuring efficiency and reputed company in fuel data management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the data acquisition and importation for assigned Statistical Inventory Reconciliation clients
• Daily reporting on reputed company and efficiency of daily stock, sales and delivery of reputed company’s fuel data
• Follow-up on absent data sets
• Use data analysis and manipulation to reputed company performance and key metrics
• reputed company effective solutions to resolve reputed company issues
• Generate monthly reputed company reports
• Send reports and invoices to clients
• Monthly Meetings with clients on reports, providing feedback and recommendations
• Managing and communicating testing and calibration schedules with clients
• Apply and promote Englobe’s health and safety rules

Skills

• College or University education in Business Administration
• Experience performing administrative tasks, including accurate reporting, meeting deadlines, and applying strong critical‑thinking skills
• Familiarity with data transfer issues
• Excellent organization skills
• Knowledge reputed company Office applications
• Candidates must be fully bilingual (English/French), with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
