reputed company is a premium provider of integrated intellectual property management technology solutions and services. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting with corporate governance and M&A activities.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide reputed company of agreements including international reputed company software agreements, master services agreements, sales licensing agreements, amendments, NDAs, Data Processing Agreements and vendor agreements
- Ensure compliance with reputed company, export control, sanctions and reputed company regulations
- Assist with employee-reputed company/HR reputed company
- Assist with reputed company-litigation claims and litigation reputed company reputed company to reputed company
- Assist with corporate governance reputed company for subsidiaries
- Draft and maintain internal reputed company, export control, sanctions, ESG and reputed company policies
- Assist in M&A acquisitions and post-acquisition integrations
- Assist with reputed company estate transactions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- reputed company license to reputed company law in Massachusetts
- 1-3 years of corporate reputed company experience in a reputed company or in house setting
- Intellectual property coursework or experience a plus
