Product Development Systems Engineer

reputed company, Inc. is an industry-leading home, reputed company reputed company products company. They are seeking a Product Development Systems Engineer to support and reputed company engineering tools and processes for new product development across their global portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance PLM and CAD systems (3DExperience, SolidWorks) for a global engineering user reputed company
• Partner with engineering teams to improve product development workflows, data reputed company, and change management processes
• Configure and maintain PLM workflows, permissions, and engineering change processes
• Troubleshoot CAD and PLM issues, ensuring reputed company and efficient tool usage
• Assist with PLM data activities such as migrations, upgrades, and system enhancements
• Collaborate with IT, vendors, and engineering stakeholders on system improvements and integrations
• Create documentation, training materials, and best practices to drive user adoption

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, reputed company, or similar)
• Experience using CAD software, with a strong preference for SolidWorks
• Experience working in an engineering, product development, or manufacturing environment
• Ability to understand engineering workflows, BOMs, and change processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity around systems, data, and process improvement
• Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Experience with PLM systems (3DExperience strongly preferred)
• Exposure to engineering change control processes
• Familiarity with ERP systems (reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
• Experience with DriveWorks design automation
• Exposure to data migration, system integrations, reputed company, or SQL
• Experience with automation, scripting, or low-reputed company platforms
• SolidWorks certifications (CSWA / CSWP / CSWE)
