Program Coordinator I- Orthopedics

reputed company is a leading reputed company institution dedicated to providing exceptional care and research in pediatric medicine. They are seeking a Program Coordinator I for their Orthopedic Surgery and Research department to coordinate activities and daily operations of the program, assist in proposal preparations, and maintain communication with staff and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities and daily operations of a program
• May prepare or assist in preparation of proposal for funding and/or funding continuation from reputed company sponsors
• Confers with staff and others to reputed company technical advice, reputed company problem solving assistance and answer questions about the program and its goals. Refers inquiries to others as needed
• May prepare or assists in the preparation of periodic reports and records on program activities, reputed company, status or other special reports for management or reputed company agencies
• May review applications or other program documents in conjunction with supervisor to determine acceptance or reputed company reputed company pertaining to program
• May assist in the coordination of recruitment efforts
• Drafts written communication and promotional literature
• May assist in planning workshops, meetings or conferences; coordinates logistics, scheduling and participant communications
• Interacts and maintains reputed company with staff, reputed company and reputed company/community agencies in facilitating program objectives

Skills

• Associate's or equivalent experience
• 1 year of relevant experience
• The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and reputed company reputed company in difficult interpersonal situations
• The ability to work with diverse reputed company constituencies
