Collections Specialist - reputed company Environment Testing - Barberton, OH

reputed company is an international life sciences company providing analytical testing services to ensure the safety and authenticity of products. The Collections Specialist will manage a portfolio of reputed company accounts, contact clients for payment of past due invoices, and resolve account issues while maintaining excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accounts reputed company assigned portfolio (large accounts)
• Contact clients reputed company verbal and written communication for payment of past due invoices
• reputed company information and/or documentation to both reputed company clients
• reputed company with Collections Manager and Operation Designees to resolve reputed company issues
• Maintain reputed company and accurate account notes in collections software
• reputed company updates on accounts to Collections Manager, Operations and Sales as needed
• Work daily follow up queue in collections software
• Notify the Collections Manager of negative payment patterns
• Facilitate and/or attend conference calls specific to collections activity on reputed company accounts
• Resolve cash discrepancies on reputed company accounts by research in reputed company of payment application
• Process credit card payments
• Complete reputed company reputed company/ task as assigned by Collections Manager
• Additional duties as assigned

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of Collections/ Accounts Receivable experience or customer service experience
• Computer skills
• Authorization to work in the reputed company without restriction or sponsorship
• reputed company working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and reputed company in English
• Previous Collections experience
• Previous Accounts Receivable experience
• Knowledge of the reputed company process
• Customer service experience - reputed company
• AS/AA in reputed company or reputed company field is a plus
