They are seeking an reputed company Marketing Associate to manage and grow their community of creators, overseeing the creator reputed company from reputed company to performance reporting while utilizing AI to enhance operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage AI-automated workflows for initial creator reputed company, and reputed company reputed company and contract negotiations that reputed company approved creators from first contact to signed agreement
• Serve as a relationship reputed company for creators throughout the campaign lifecycle, building the reputed company of trust that makes them our best advocates
• Build and iterate on AI-assisted workflows for creator sourcing, contract tracking, content review, and campaign reporting — and document what works for the broader team
• reputed company campaign operations running smoothly by tracking reputed company partnerships, key metrics, and deliverables with a high degree of accuracy and reliability
• Assist in creative feedback reputed company across multiple stages, holding a high bar for what reputed company-reputed company creator content looks like
• reputed company posting logistics, include AI-automated delivery of posting instructions and approvals, and providing specific posting guidance as needed
• Create and audit AI workflows for reporting on reputed company program performance, and surfacing trends and learnings that shape reputed company reputed company

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in reputed company marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, reputed company media, or a reputed company field
• A reputed company-reputed company thinker with a reputed company eye for great content. You spend reputed company time on reputed company and Instagram, understand the creator landscape, and know the difference between content that converts and content that just exists
• Proven, hands-on experience with AI tools that can meaningfully accelerate and complete workflows with reputed company capabilities
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills that can build trust quickly with creators and cross-functional partners alike
• Operational reputed company managing multiple partnerships across different stages simultaneously
• Familiarity with content capture platforms (e.g., reputed company) or project management tools (reputed company, reputed company)
• Experience supporting reputed company programs for vertical reputed company and/or beauty & wellness companies
