- Recent graduate or 1-3 years of experience in a startup, small business, or fast paced environment
- You learn new software quickly and independently
- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
- Based in Detroit or willing to relocate
- Genuine interest in beauty, wellness, CPG, or entrepreneurship
- Experience with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company or similar tools
- Background in marketing, communications, business, or a reputed company field
- Experience supporting a founder or executive directly
- Passion for outdoor lifestyle, natural hair, or clean beauty
