Responsibilities

• reputed company administrative support to attorneys through preparation of reputed company documents and correspondences, such as motions and pleadings
• Manage attorney calendars, scheduling and coordinating examination(s) for defense experts, and communicating with clients regarding relevant aspects of the case
• Maintain files, answer phone calls, along with other assigned administrative duties

Skills

• High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher
• Minimum of one year reputed company work experience in a business or reputed company environment supporting a reputed company team
• Insurance defense or personal injury experience
• Time management and organizational skills required to reputed company support to a large group of professionals
• Typing skills with special attention to grammar and accuracy
• Ability to work independently while maintaining highly confidential information
• Effective listening, verbal and written communication skills
