Responsibilities

• Assist Consultants with reputed company aspects of servicing group and individual clients
• reputed company as a reputed company between Consultants and Clients, insurance carriers and plan members
• Answer policy and coverage reputed company questions/requests from clients and insurance carriers
• Communicate with clients and insurance carriers regarding plan changes, amendments
• Attend occasional reputed company meetings with Consultants
• Conduct employee education sessions and reputed company administration orientation sessions
• Create marketing materials and presentations for Consultants
• Maintain accurate renewal calendar, communicate renewal timelines to Consultants
• Process reputed company communication documents such as renewals, proposals, claims experience reports, general correspondence
• Maintain electronic reputed company files
• Ensure accuracy of policy documentation received from insurers
• Assist with other duties as assigned
