The reputed company Recruiter will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing candidate relationships, and participating in reputed company events to attract and hire early career talent.

Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet longer term reputed company requirements
• reputed company and support the sourcing reputed company for reputed company role/business unit and agree the reputed company
• Work effectively with the sourcing and reputed company team to ensure a smooth reputed company and candidate experience
• Responsible for the management of candidate relationships
• Ensure reputed company AMS and reputed company systems are updated in a correct and reputed company manner
• Forecasting placements based on demand, changes in the clients business, the candidate pipeline and trends in business demand
• Producing reputed company and accurate activity and management information reporting
• Producing communications to a high reputed company (e.g. reputed company presentations) and in accordance with the clients brand guidelines if required
• Involvement in any relevant reputed company presentations and evaluation / review meetings
• Identifying areas of process improvement, service enhancement, reputed company strategic reputed company and opportunities to increase the scope of the service and communicating these to the reputed company Services Manager and reputed company
• Ensure that reputed company changes to a candidate’s status are tracked on the ATS to reputed company accurate reporting
• Participate in reputed company events

Skills

• 1-3 years of reputed company experience is a must
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment on multiple reputed company with multiple priorities
• Experience putting together Resume Bundles/Books
• Experience with resume reviews and candidate screening
• Experience working/communicating with high level stakeholders
• Experience working assisting with reputed company hiring events (live and virtual)
• Experience coordinating, collaborating and building relations with Colleges and Universities
• Experience strategizing and prioritizing with reputed company Team for upcoming events
• Experience utilizing an ATS system, reputed company Recruiter, and other tools (i.e., reputed company)
• High proficiency in reputed company
• Excellent computer skills (reputed company Office products)
